I am struggling here. school, work, life, it is all so heavy at times

Edit: Holy cow. the freeway by my house in Minneapolis collapsed. Thankfully none of my family was on it today. It was scary though. It happened. I found out and tried calling my mom and dad just to have their phones not workin. Out of service, or just ringing busy. Not even Trunk Busy, but busy. Tried calling my sis, hers was out too. Fnally called the house and my dad answered. That shit scared me. Beyond belief scared me. My heart goes out to the seven they have reported dead.

The wildest thing, and maybe what i miss most about minnesota. While the bridge collapsed other drivers who were out of harms way were already out of their cars and entering the water to try to help people to safety. Imagine you just avoided a freeway collapse and your first thought isn't lucky me, but instead it is i need to help them! They believe that all of the people around helping kept the fatalities from after effects to the minimum. I miss home. More than ever now.
