its been a mellow weekend on joryland.

I watched Donnie Darko (thank you mr. Donkey) finally. I dug the movie, though I can't help but feel it did not fully expolre all of the avenues it created.

I managed to actually sit down and answer most of my e-mail backlog which was a major accomplishment since I am the biggest e-mail flake in the world. (except when naughty pictures are involved )

I've been working all day in my studio on some new music which ended up coming out, to my surprise, as slow trippy trance.

Yesterday I shared a yummy brunch at Boogaloo's with my friend Claire who I do not get to see enough outside of the context of hanging out as couples with ourt significant others, so that was sweet. I picked up the new Tabla Beat Science live CD which is amazing. It is a recording of a show in San Francisco that I went to last year which totally rocked my world.

Tonight I get to geek out and set up my friend's newly aqquired dual-processor G4 for use as an audio worksation. Drool Drool!
