There is old bakery for sale on Church St. by my house. It has this really cool late fifties faade that is a small checkerboard mosiac with gilded gold tiles. It also has this realy cool old school sign that says "Star Bakery". I really wish I could buy that building and open up a little organic bakery/cafe. My roomates and I have been fantasizing about all of us quitting our jobs and running it. Its soooo cute. I would love to have my own business. It would be lovely to have some personal motivation in my work.
