So I quit one of my jobs. I really liked the job too, just the working environment had become less then great so ya... Oh by the way my new board pic is from that i job when i got scraped up.
Other news I meet this guy from socal. A full on republican and religious to boot, which is a total 180 from me (who if you don't know by now is not religious and well liberal, eg I'm a child of the old Santa Cruz ways) and we met during a solid debate on the recent election. He turned out to be really cool and i found out he had lived in Kenya for 11 years and that he was all about tattoos and well not your standard white color republican child. we ended up have an awesome time.
Unfortunately we met while I was at a conference so that meant that i figured we would have our few moments for the weekend and would then part ways to maybe run in to each other again but otherwise a weekend fling.
Two days ago I picked up my film from the conference and found a picture of him and was lamenting that he didn't live closer. so yesterday after feeling shitty about quitting my job i went to check my email an he had emailed me. Now i had not given him my email so that means he had to go out of his way to find it. It was a sweet thought that he emailed me and it just turned my day around. (insert awww here)
I'm not expecting anything from it but it was just the right thing at the right moment it was nice, ya know.
