Hey Lady!! Yes... I am indeed in the area. We should get together for coffee or lunch or something. I don't think I'm too far away from San Jose. (It looks pretty close on the map anyway.) I haven't gone exploring around the area too much yet. I'm still trying to get my bearings. I moved to Union City.

Anyway, I have Wednesdays and Thursdays off every week. Let me know when you're free.

The kitties are having a hard time getting used to each other. Taco is the smallest cat in the house but has managed to put herself near the top of the pecking order. I'll get phots of all of them soon.

Awww, thanks for the kind email hun! Yeah, alotta crap went down. Long story short - she cheated on her FIANCE with me, waited 3 months to tell him and break off their (April) wedding, she makes plans to move in with me, I spend 3 weeks and almost a GRAND remodeling my entire bathroom JUST FOR HER (as well as doing alot of other things in preparation for her moving in, as well as to make her comfortable here), and then (the last night I saw her) she confesses that not only is she pregnant, but that for the last two months (prior to that night) she had started talking to and hanging out with her ex again (can you say CHEATING), AND tells me that all of a sudden she "doesn't know what she wants", doesn't think I can "take care of her and her diabetes" and that she has decided that she "doesn't want to leave her job or NJ". So basically....she cheated on HIM with me, then cheated on ME with HIM. LOL Girl truly can't make up her damn mind.

So needless to say it was like I wasted all that time prepping for her to move in, and it just proved what I thought - that no matter what I did for her, how much I did for her, or how much I told her I loved her and wanted to face whatever TOGETHER, she didn't feel the same about me.

Just goes to show, sometimes you think you know someone, and they turn out to be COMPLETELY OPPOSITE of what you thought they were. All I can say is that I tried....did my best, gave her all my heart and my love - and it wasn't good enough. Just solidifies my thoughts that relationships (especially those leading to marriage) are a GREAT BIG WASTE OF TIME! LOL

Anyway, thanks for reading all our journal BS, and for offering your shoulder/ear when I need it. I just may drop you an email sometime soon!

Anyway, stay in touch and post in my journal sometime!

Hi Jora. Hope your spirit's been on the rise. High on life is a difficult art to master, I'm still working on that one I think. In the meantime caffeine will have to do (kidding). You're right about the frequent futility of trying to force change where it isn't wanted. You know you've found the right path for you when it all simply feels right. Or to put it into another context, no-one is likely to question the meaning of life when they are in love... and that says a lot perhaps.
