So fuck all the reviewers, I loved 'Doomsday'. People looked at me funny when I said I loved the 'Tomb Raider' movies and they'll look at me funny for loving this one too. I went into those movies not expecting anything more than what they oh-so-obviously promise, and that's exactly what I got, and I, for one, am fine with that.
Some of the suspension of disbelief in 'Doomsday' is so high it's almost in the stratosphere, but since I refuse to ruin the movie for anyone, I won't go into particulars. Regardless, there's some really fun action sequences. The camera definitely does not shy away from the incredible amounts of gore.
And Rhona Mitra is fucking gorgeous. And I seem to be alone on this one, but I like her as an actor.

In other news, spring break ends for me tomorrow. Fun. w00t. Goin' back to school. I need to ignore my damn computer and most everything else and really hit the books for the rest of the semester if I want to stay deans-listin' like I have been.
