Had a wreck this past saturday night. Totaled Coffeecat's car. Some ASS-FUCK slammed into us at a stoplight. Minor injuries, whiplash, blunt head trauma, scrapes and bruises. Thanks out to Teletwanger for picking us up. Now, car rentals, insurance companies, police reports, etc. We're both fine. Just a little sore and worn. frown

Sober 1 year today. I can honestly say that thanks to the twelve steps of AA, in one year my life has more meaning and richness than it has since as far back as I can remember.

I actually don't go to meetings. I quit cold turkey instead of doing the 12 step thing. Not that there's anything wrong with any of that. I respect the hell out of people who do that. Basically, my brother died of being a drunk fuck. That was enough to make me want to quit. Of course, there's more to it. That's the Cliff Notes version. Have a good weekend!
