Friday night, I went to hang out with Andrew and hopefully meet up with Lucy there. Andrew's friend Josh comes by, and shortly thereafter, Derek. So we head into Andrew's room and watch Andrew spin for a bit. He's giving lessons to Josh so we also got to hear Josh spin a bit too. Lucy calles. Her, Shannon, and their friend Rachel are on their way over. So we all get introductions and talk for a little bit. Josh's pizza arrives, and Lucy, Shannon, Rachel and I head out to the Paper Moon Diner. Now, I've heard of the diner, and walked past it hundreds of times. But I'd never eaten there. I've kinda always associated it with trendy artistes, the likes of which Nikki would love to be. So we get seated in the back section and we're sitting right next to Nikki and her friends. FUCK. So it was hella awkward. The only thing that I could think to say was "ARROWED!!" Nikki didn't say anything to us. Hell, she didn't even lift her eyes off of her plate after we sat down. They left before we did and Nikki tore out of there like she had to pee. We finished our food and had a good time, laughing it up.. largely at Nikki's expense. So we all head home after Paper Moon. Shannon nearly flips over the car (I'm exagerating, but it was hella scary). Shannon dropped me off at my house, and I went to bed sometime after 2AM.

I slept in Saturday morning and talked to Holly for a bit. I didn't really do anything till early afternoon. PsychoChris (Karen's ex) was apparently stalking around Goucher, so Karen needed to get outa there before he just showed up. Karen picks me up, and we're headed out to Timonium for some Baja Fresh. And then PsychoChris calls. "I'm outside your door."

What the hell is wrong with this guy? I mean, he doesn't go to Goucher, but he spends more time there than Karen does, and she lives on Campus. And what good are card key locks on the doors if people will let ANYBODY in? So Karen told me a bit more about Chris... and he's not "Mr. Gone" kinda creepy, but he's pretty damn psycho.

But Karen and I went to Baja Fresh, and boy is their food good. It's like semi-fast food (my meal wasn't that fast), but it's all cooked fresh and never microwaved. Good food and good conversation. We finished eating and then stopped by Karen's dorm and guess who we see. PsychoChris! I don't think that he noticed us, but Karen sped up and zoomed right past him. We hurried up to her dorm and she changed her clothes so we could go bowling later with Lucy and Shannon. We call Lucy to see if we're picking her up, and she's drying her hair... *glares at Lucy* So she misses The Maxx. She'll regret it. Karen and I go to my house and watch The Maxx. Really fucked up cartoon about a girl projecting her fucked up hallucinations/reality onto another person. It's really good, and the animation is great, even for a film from '96.

I call Lucy after the movies over, and it's decided that Karen and I head over to pick up Lucy and that we'd decide what to do from there. I change into some less baggy pants (you try bowling with long, baggy, flowing pants on) and we're out the door. On the way to Lucy's house, I explain some of the parts of The Maxx that they left out when adapting it from comic to tv miniseries. We pick up Lucy, and I give her all of my old kand-E that have been sitting around for ages. I don't wear them anymore, and a box of pony beads sitting on my floor just gets in the way. We head over to Target and then back to Karen's dorm. Many Strongbad emails later, and we're heading off to meet Shannon. But first, we stop by the radio station and Nikki peers out real quick and slams the door in our faces. The webcast was down, and so she probably didn't even realize that noone was tuning in. Off we go to Shannon's house. I get to meet her parents, who seemed rather nice, and we showed Shannon the strongbad email of "the ugly one!" Where to now? IHOP! We tried calling into the radio station for a while... still don't know what I would've said if they had picked up. After IHOP it was nearly midnight and so we head out to Parkville for spacebowl... or rocknbowl.. or something like that... I rocked the first game! Well over a hundred points. Second and third games I was struggling to keep up. We had a good time, but I didn't get to take many pictures. They turned the lights off after a little bit and I didn't think to bring the flash.

LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG night.

Karen dropped me off. I'm not sure what time it was. 2-something, or 3-something if you take daylight savings times into account. I took a quick shower and went right to bed. I'm still friggin tired, but I had a great weekend.

In retrospect, I feel kinda bad for not getting in touch with Craig, and not going to the SGCC event. But I really missed Lucy & Karen.
