I'm back.

Sometime during the second day of fasting your brain waves actually change. It can take a while for the brain to go back to the way it was working before.

I still feel very lethargic and slow. I'll update more later.

I leave bright and early tomorrow to head to Wyoming.
It's an 8 day wilderness experience for an ecopsychology class I am in this summer. It's the same class where I got my new job.
