resting up, trying to not catch this evil sickness that is going around. It was sleeping in bed with me all last week.

I'm listening to primative radio gods right now. I haven't heard this cd in at least 7 years.

I owned it, in junior high. I guess I lost it in the fire freshman year, and didn't get it back.

It's very good.

I bought it used on amazon.com for 89 cents.

"we sit outside and argue all night long
about a god we've never seen
but never fails to side with me"

What other constructs stir up the emotion that "god" does?

A few months ago I had this dream. My grandpa who died last january came to me and said, "..., you don't have to worry. WE are God. I mean collectively. Don't worry about anything."

I rarely ever remember any part of dreams. This one was perfectly vivid.

Ike today told me that I am philosophical. He said that's cool.

I said thanks. smile

You know, if I had my fantasy universe, what gramps told you in your dream would be true. Childhood's End and Evangelion and whatnot.

I think people get worked up about god because we aren't supposed to talk about it, or think about it too carefully, and when people don't discuss certain things, I think they start to believe that everyone agrees with them about those certain things.
Not that I majored in psych or religious studies... I'm probably full of shit. But I bet Douglas Adams would agree with me, and that fucking means something!

I like that.

the idea that WE are god. I think it's possible.

I also like that you agreed with what I said in the SGCO thread. I love each and every person willing to put their life on their line to defend this country, and I wish people would stop thinking that because I don't agree with this war, I don't "support the troops."
