On Saturday I set my alarm to off in the afternoon so I could be one of the first online to purchase tickets to see Bright Eyes in Denver at the Temple Buell. Then the internet broke, and they said to come back on Sunday to buy tickets.

I did, and it took, FOR FUCKING EVER. I felt like I was surfing the web with a 14.4 modem or something.
Fortunately, I still got tickets. I won't know where my seats are(all reserved) until the day of the show, because they didn't tell me where my seats were, and I chose Will Call as my shipping option.
It would be cool if it was first row, but I honestly have no idea.

Then this morning while at work I made sure I was sitting in front of the computer when tickets went on sale for the Pitchfork Music Festival. emogoddess and I got 3 day passes(only $45 each!). I guess that means we will be in Chicago in July.

They have only announced like 6 bands so far who are going to be at Pitchfork. Cat Power and Iron and Wine will be there. I also hope that The Mountain Goats are there again. I have never seen them live, and I really REALLY want to see them live. Bonnie Prince Billy too. Ooh, that would be so amazing!
