I got an internship at the boulder theater doing promotions. Some of the things that I get to do include: go to shows for free to flyer for future shows.
I already asked to be put on the guest list for the Flaming Lips and Ween show at red rocks this summer. My boss said, "That won't be a problem."
I applied for a job at my alma mater in the admissions department. I would love to do that. And it pays pretty decent. I would like to get a decent paying job someday.
They are going to start interviewing for a promotion at work shortly. In reality I am one of 10-12 people who are eligible for the position, but I think I am honestly one of the top 2 or 3 who do what I do. Hopefully I will get a new job soon, and this will be a mute point.
