O.K., just to inform the inquisitive, a little about myself:
I'm a 25 year old white-Irish-American that grew up in Hiroshima, Japan. My father taught English at a Military Base High School, and I brought me there in 1985. I started a band with my brother in '96 and ended up working on the base to stay in the country when my old man left. I finished school by the mail.
In 2000, I moved to Florida where I kept playing with my brother while taking care of my Mom. I was a pirate and "Captain Memo's Pirate Cruise." (it's worth riding for the free beer)
This last Winter, my dog died, I moved my Mom in with my Uncle, lost my girlfriend to another guy, quit my band (it was shitty), had a drug relapse (yup, another 12 stepper), packed my shit up and moved to San Diego with my best friend Chris. Chris is now the lead singer in my new band. (if you wanna check out the ol' shitty one, look at www.sightunseen.net) Starting over is really fucking hard, but so far, everything has been changing for the better.
After 25 years of poverty and ramen, my Grandfather just left me a shitload of money. Now I'm doing the band full time and about to start school for my EMT certification. With all the damage I've done to myself, what better job than saving other people's lives. Anyway, that's me...put that in your pipe and smoke it.
