The place I'm at is Duke Diet and Fitness Center. It's pricey, but it's the equivalent of a fat camp for adults. It's down in NC. Pretty good place.

And to hell with girls who want a snuggle bear nice guy when they're emotionally needy but run off to fuck an asshole. I'm serious. That shit bugs me too and happens to me as well.
