So I spent a few days post-xmas up in my home town of Port Angeles, WA. Saw a ton of old friends that I haven't seen in years, it was great. But what you should know about Port Angeles is that it's right next to Forks, WA. The same Forks, WA made [in]famous by those fucking Twilight books and movies. Well Port Angeles has also become a place of pilgrimage for Twilight fans, which weirds me out since I spent my first 21 of life there and all my really good friends still live there.

But little did ol' Jonny know that they opened up a Twilight store downtown. I'm doubly troubled, because it's Twilight and this particular location used to be the camera store in town. I have fond memories of that place from my childhood of going there with my dad when he owned his portrait studio downtown. But that's neither here nor there. I decided to take a picture.



I then found out that the little Italian restaurant, Bella Italia, also has managed to become famous because of the books (I guess some characters from the books eat there?), this is the real Bella Italia from downtown Port Angeles taken earlier this morning.



Oh, and for something that's actually rad?

Saddam Hussein butsecksing Dubya.
