I love Socrates, I almost forgot how rad that guy was. I only took a couple low level philosophy classes, so I won't pretend to be smart. However, out of all the philosophers we covered the only one that truly stood out to me was Socrates. Reading Plato's dialogues weren't just informative, they were entertaining. Socrates could be truly obnoxious to some of the people he spoke to, but always with a purpose. I love how he compares himself to a gadfly. If there's one thing I'd like to learn from Socrates and implement it in my own life it's to refuse to just accept things as they are. There's always room to be as annoying and socially obnoxious as possible, in order to provoke thought in others.
