im at home in leicester now which made me a little more excited about things in general... but not much.

got drunk on monday and commited acts of vandalism, which is responsible no, mature no, clever no, but fun? yep yep yep yep yep yep yep!

feeling kinda ill now, im getting a cold which is nice. ive got that 'a bit rough now but by tomorrow ill be begging someone to end my grip on this mortal coil' feeling.

ive also decided to either get into shape or become a fat slob. im sick of this going out and drinking lots of beer then doing a few push ups and sit ups to try and shift my (ever expanding) chub. i think a decision has to be made i either watch what i eat and drink and do proper exercise or i let myself go and follow the Rik Waller training program. im leaning towards the Rik way of life, i mean ive not had sex for monthes and cant see the wind changing anytime soon - plus my beer belly is coming along quite nicely. ill condemn myself to a life of celibacy... i love myself enough... it'll work.
