Colorado was fun. I spent alot of quality time with my sister and I think she appreciated me coming out quite a bit. She tends to over-extend herself when I visit to keep up the facade that she's physically ok, but by the time I am leaving she's physically and emotionally worn out. I wish she'd allow herself to rest when I'm around as I'm not that heartless an individual that I expect 110% out of her just because I'm in her presence. Hopefully someday she's comfortable enough to do that.
Also in Colorado I had the chance to hang out with one of my best friends from high school. That was pretty cool as I don't usually talk to her as much as I used to. Even better was one night while we were enjoying some late-night karaoke we ran into another high school friend. What are the odds, right?
The highlights: big cook-out, driving my soon-to-be brother-in-law's brand new Dodge Charger with Hemi, Entertainmart where I picked up a brand new copy of Zardoz, watching cheesey-ass horror flicks with my sister, sober karaoke, and giving the gift of lol-cats to my sister and my friends to enjoy forever. lulz k thx bai!

I wish my schedule with everyone down there (like Fatheads) wasn't total opposite. It's lame. I plan on making some time to come down there now that I'm not doing 60 hour weeks anymore. I'll be there for Halloween for sure!
