When you work hard, results will come.
For the last year or so I work a lot on things I don't like about myself. They were things I was not happy about, things that I was ashame of.
I realise that all the thinking and the hard work have paid off.
Right now I feel really good about myself. I think I'm the best I've ever been, mentally and emotionnaly, in my adult life.
It's pretty rewarding. I made a lot of mistakes, sometimes making the same one over and over, in the past but I'll have to live with it, forgive myself and don't look back.
The good thing is that I know that the best is yet to come. I'm looking forward to all the things that will now be possible!!!
