Do it for yourself and commit. I don't like to go for a 5 miles run after a 12h shift but i do it anyway.

Getting ready to leave for costa ricain a few days. An 8 days vacation. Sun and surf. Can't wait. I'm going to tamarindo. I know it's more touristic buti wanted to surf the pacific ocean. I'm leaving on sunday. I'll try to post some pics when i get back.
Last week was the Snowboard Jamboree here in Quebec (Quebec City). They were competitons all week long. Everything u see at the X games was on the menu. Big Air, Slopestyle, Halfpipe, etc... I stumble upon this 360 degrees pic of the big air event. Pretty impressive.

I hate the expression that weather people use here in Quebec which is : Cocktail of precipitation.
Which baiscally means that we're gonna have snow, rain, freezing rain, etc. all together
And again that's what we're gonna have for the next 2 days...
