i've had an interesting weekend.

i'm not ready to go into details, but some interesting shit happened. nothing spectacular...just odd in a deep way.

i didn't get to play records at all and that's a pisser. i spent too much time working on a side project and putting other people's needs before mine.

whateva.

i ordered records that'll arrive tomorrow. so if i can get up early and get my ass into work i can leave that much earlier and hopefully my girlfriend will have plans or somehing so i can have a couple hours to listen to the new tracks nice and loud when i get home.

i've been drinking a lot of vodka lately. i'm almost done with the largest bottle of skyy you can get. that's after finishing two of the regular large sized ones. it's skyy citrus too which turns out to be really good. i never thought i'd be one for flavored vodka but i'm sold on this stuff. i've made up some tasty new cocktails that are especially refreshing... that's a copious amount in bottles at home... but i've been going out a bit and putting back a few more. ya know what? i think i can use one of them tasty cocktails right now...
