I have to say, I'll be glad when December is over and the new year begins. December has been a month of highs and lows.
On the plus side my band finished off our first EP and are really happy with how it turned out. We also filmed a video for our debut single, and headlined a cool hometown show.
On the down side, my girlfirends grandmother died on 1st December, and then last night we rushed to intensive care and watched her grandad pass away. These events have been a real test for me, having to try and hold everything together and support kirstie, when i feel like falling apart as well. It's hard to explain the emotion of watching your love in tears as their grandads life support machine is turned off right in front of you.
Hopefully January will be full of the high points and devoid of the lows.
