My lovely girlfriend, Anni, and I trekked out to Art Under the Oaks here in Livermore today. We took in the art and the flowers, we breathed it in and got inspired. And then we took wacky photos in front of the Charlie:
Driving in Charlie is an interesting affair, one in which you never quite know what will happen. Like this:
The talented Janet Pipes was there at the fair (you can see a sampling of her work HERE . She's been doing this metal work with copper where you fold the metal. . . not sure how it's done but the pieces are amazing. They have a texture that makes them look like real leaves. They are beautiful and DIFFERENT from so much of what I see out there. They are refreshing.
A request: I am looking for funky and unique fashion/art/craft/photography websites and blogs. If you know of any please direct me towards them! Thanks! (I already know about Zoetica's fashion column here on SG, and I LOVE it!)
