i flew back into portland last night on one of those little commuter planes thats seats (maybe) 30 people. when elara and i where waiting to board, there was this group of 30-something cowboys hootin and hollerin at all the lovely ladies that passed by... being totally fucking obnoxious. our assigned seats were on opposite sides of the plane so us ladies decided that whoever was supposed to sit by me could sit in elara's seat instead. take a wild guess who the seat next to me really belonged to? one of the fucking hicks. thank god we were so persistant about her sitting next to me or i would have been in a world of shit.

minneapolis fucking rules the school. i have so many great (and one not so great...damned one ways and 200 dollar tickets!) stories to tell my friends. i met a few super rad people i plan in remaining in contact with, so the next time i go to minnesoooda, i will have some rad people to kick it with.

oh... and i brought home a new funny accent too.

eventhough i had an awesome time in mn, its nice to be back to portland. i have my kitty... my music...my homies...familiarity... cheap pool tables... pbr.

today was my first day back to school. i'm super stoked to be taking a jazz dance class. so much fun! we do the SILLIEST things ever! the grapevine. a roger rabbit/ cabbage patch hybrid dance move. watch out lola's room... jolene's gonna be cutting up the dance floor in proper 80's style.
