aw... how i love the ocean. i left portland yesterday afternoon headed for short sands on the oregon coast with a bunch of cheap beer, jack, and cigarettes. my compadre and his buddies go surfing there at least once a week so they have this spot on the beach with rock chairs and a rock table perfect for drinks and poker playing. we didn't come very well prepared so we ended stumbling back to our camping spot in the dark, which can be very scary considering i was pretty loaded and couldn't see beyond ten feet in front of my face. but at least we had lighter fluid, eh?
