Thinking back, I've never "adopted" a Canadian team to cheer for. I love my Caps, and I got into the Mighty Ducks because my favorite Capital left to play for them (Adam Oates). He's not with them anymore, but I still cheer them on... And this season I'm liking the Bruins a lot, because they have a hot boy on their team that I'm crushing on. I'm so lame.

I despise the Penguins, because they're Washington's rivals. And I HATE the Lightning, mainly because they knocked the Caps out of the playoffs last year and they're the ONLY team I've seen the Caps lose to in regular season. I'm not a big fan of the Red Wings either...

Jeez, I sure got on a rant there.

I hope your Oilers do better, I think both those teams need new and improved players!! The goalies are good but they can't do it all themselves.
I've missed hockey SO much, I'm glad the season has started again!! We even got digital cable now to be able to watch all the games this year. How addicted are we?
