OMG ...
I just NOW managed to crawl out of bed; been tossing
& turning w/ stomach cramps & nausea.
Last night I kinda over did it w/ pizza and wings;
and I indeed paid for it today. Mucky
thing is; my wife made a wonderful
beef roast, and I'am missing out!
