Well, it's not crazy, if she wants it, and thinks of her life as a mum and knows there will be impairments. At 16 you're old enough, usually, to know what you want for your future. I think you can begin to choose things thinking properly about them, at 16. Some younger. It would have been crazier if she was 12, and in the US. In some African, it's pretty usual for a girl to be a married mum between 8 and 10. But that wouldn't be crazy, because that's in their traditions, and their body are already more developped.
