Instead of writng my column, I'm hanging out in cafes cruising the internet.
It's a little hard to concentrate because I'm into one of those phases when I feel like life is a little too good to be true.
I tried getting stoned early in the day to calm down but that just made me feel better.
It's a kind of indirect euphoria but a lot of it can be traced to a bouquet of paper flowers and last night's soft rain.
I'm also happily anticipating some nice times in the next few weeks, and have no idea what will happen over the summer, except that I feel like it will be a once-in-a-lifetime kind of summer.
I'm going to see some people that I've never met before, and I'm in a good position to do that.
I'm not attached to anything I can't carry on my back.
If I go somwehere and I find it agreeable, I can stay there and enjoy it.
I'll be looking for images and working on stories a lot.
