I must admit that I am a codger. The rumors are all true. And it is funny, now that I think about it, that my rather posibly even slightly perverted desire to look at naked girls should lead me to be writing notes to strippers and the like and chit-chatting about literature with them.
It is a funny thing.

I have no excuses.
For at least six months I maintained a membership just so I could look at the girls, on borrowed computers in various places.
I never really got the chance to see what went on behind the scenes.
It was all a big surprise to me to find out what membership here actually includes.
But since I was all paid up and everyone seemed so interesting I just went ahead and started leaving comments and notes here and there to see what would happen.
Also, exposing all my secret nerves and confessions to a lot of people I don't know, but who have in some cases been kind enough to provide me with access to revealing photographs, was kind of a new thing.
I've never even kept a diary before, much less a public journal.
To say nothing of posting snapshots of my bare ass on the internet.

But at this point I plan on hanging around a while, just to keep up on what happens to the people I'm corresponding with, and some whose journals I read but never or rarely ever comment on.
It occurs to me that some people might be following my story in such a way.
I have no idea what all that means, about us as people, except that it's fascinating to see how people do things and then what they have to say about it all.
One more thing to all you punks: I can still take you arm-wrestling, any time you want.
