I haven't seen a movie in six months, not since I was going to see Ray with The Eskimo and she went to see it with someone else.
Ever since then movies have made me sentimental. Just thinking about them.
The last one I went to see with her was sometime last summer. I went to one alone after that but it was such a bummer to walk out of the theatre alone. Then I met someone I knew outside and was embarassed.
But I have finally gotten the Eskimo out of my system. If she calls this week we can have lunch again. Talk about books and poems.
Talk about me leaving town.
Talk about her doubts and fears.
Then she goes home and I go home.
but when I go inside I won't sit there for an hour feeling like someone just swiped a piece of cake from me. Or my puppy got ran over.
That's all over.
