Yeah I've been up for days partyin,' haven't gone to school for weeks, just got fired from my job, and I've got some wicked kind of infection . . . can't even see the ketboard anymore so i think I'll watch some TV, play Grand Theft Auto . . .
I know I'm going to sound like an old stick, but trust me boys and girls, twenty or thirty years from now none of you is going to be saying "Gee I wish I'd pissed away more of my time, instead of hitting the books and getting good grades," or "Gosh I should've spent more money on CDs and DVDs and video games and ganja and heroin, instead of just saving it all."
Okay I AM an old stick--a lot of you probably think I don't even belong here at suicidegirls.com. There does seem to be a pretty broad range of age (and level of education, cultural background, values and ideology, economic strata--)among members here, and that's gratifying to see, and unless I get "zotted" or embarrass myself irretrievably I'm going to stay and play for a while. There are some really really smart kids here and I hope to get to know some of you better.
But I've reached the Middle Age, it really sneaked up on me, and a day doesn't go by when I don't think What the fuck happened? I know what happened, I pissed away way too many years getting high and having fun. I don't have any endorphins left so don't expect much silliness from me. I never had any children of my own--er, I should say, I never raised any children of my own, unless you count dogs--and it would please me very much if you let me adopt you all . . .

I have always known I was native but just within the past couple of years had the resources in my area to fully embrace it. So I have not as of yet been to a sweat. It's on the to do list though.
I wouldn't worry about the age and everything. It is a very broad spectrum here. Some are assholes but most get along.
