I don't know if there's anybody here that is "qualified" to answer that. And I don't consider myself qualified, but I can say that I've lived quite a few years and have experienced many different people. I believe that it's a good sign that you're asking. I believe that bottling it up would be the worst thing. Reaching out, asking for help, confiding in family and friends. I'm sure there are help lines (numbers). Best wishes to all who suffer.
