Clutch was great. The Clutch crowd was not. Too many frat boys, jock rockers, local fans, and hippies who just wanted to dance. The stoner rock and metal fans were left on the outside looking in. Were it not for Pure Rock Fury leading into Spacegrass, they might have died of loneliness.

The new material interlude halfway through the set kinda killed the mood, too. Bummer. But they got it back when they played Impetus for their encore.

All in all, not bad for a band that lost their guitarist and had to replace him with their manager.
