I'm feeling pretty good about the direction we're heading with these songs we've been writing. We're up to 3 now and I think we're planning to meet up again on Tuesday to do more work. I did have to uninvite someone who had managed to invite herself along to Saturday's session and that spelled out some whining that I had to listen to since it was the girl I've been (not really) dating. Yeah, the same one I wrote about a while back. I still haven't managed to get out of that thing. The main problem is that every day I decide it's time to really take care of this, she has some kind of life crisis and I don't have the heart to add to her troubles. Unfortunately, it's getting worse for me so I don't know how much longer I can hold out and if I keep trying to put it off, I know I'll just end up really getting angry with her and be shitty about the whole thing. Nothing like self-created drama, now is there?
