Is it still considered insomnia if you can't sleep because you can't stop thinking about someone?

Wow, with all the horrible shit going on in my life on a daily basis, you'd think I'd be able to focus on trying to find a way out of the shit-hole I've gotten myself into, but NO, not me! I have to get hung up on someone and spend ridiculous amounts of time thinking about her.....I thought I was supposed to grow out of this kind of shit, whatever gods there may or may not be know that I'm old enough to have grown out of this shit, but here I am subjecting myself to gutwrenching pain over a woman again. It's really hard to focus on reclaiming control of your life when you realize you've already handed over control of your guts to someone else.
