It's been a long damn time since I put anything in this thing that's supposed to be some kind of journal. It definitely hasn't been for lack of shit going on, my life is back in chaos again. No, I'm not gonna get into specifics here and I'm not gonna get all emo about it either. I'm working on getting all this shit straightened out for good. The one big downside I see is that I'm about 99.9999999% positive that I will be moving away from my beloved home town in order to do this thing. I hate to go and I honestly have no idea when I'll be able to come back again, although the one time I tried to move away I didn't last a year. Of course, that was when I moved to Baltimore, so no big surprise that I didn't wanna stay there, right? Oh well, it's got to be done so I'm making the best of it. I don't know exactly when this will happen, it could be really really soon or in a few months, but it's almost certainly gonna happen.
On to other things. I was going through my records and found a few things I wanna get rid of, which means that I will be hauling them down to the record store and probably trading them in since that usually results in higher return. My question for all of you is this: What new records have you heard in the past few months that have blown you away? Doesn't have to be a new band or even necessarily a new release, just something you just discovered.
