Sorry for my absence but i have been too busy all week to sit down and type. So i figure lets get back up to date.
Last Sunday, A few close friends and I ventured to the Chicago Auto Show. I was able to snap a quick pic during our arrival to the city.
Now the big buildings always put me in awe. So many. But there is one thing about city life that i could never deal with. The amount of people. There are just so many, too many for my likes. Well at the auto show, it seemed like another day at work, i only went cause it was something to do with my friends. I did get to fix one of the vws ironically. And i got to sit in the new Eurospec Golgf R which i willing be getting some point in the future. I did see the new miata which was okay and I did have fun with my friends.
For the rest of the week i basically worked. Eh, work. But there is something new. I recently have started to talk to someone. A girl. Not getting my hopes up cause... well lets just say my track record sucks. She does seem pretty cool though. She can hold a conversation pretty well and her face is kinda dreamy. It does seem like we have a lot in common with our lives and differences that we can both share and enjoy. Just gotta remember to take it as it comes and not to rush or get overwhelmed. We are only talking via text for now, small mention last night of possibly meeting. She is into skinny boys too. ;)
In the end of last week, I ended up taking a road trip to Racine Wi, for car parts of course. The place i went basically looked like an eastern european organ shop for cars. Inside shelves upon shelves of parts, room in the back had new donors sitting. Some lightly stripped, others heavily gutted. AND there was a room, with meat locker like plastic curtains, inside was the "operating room" or as i like to think the room where a car rolled in but didnt come back. Tools everywhere, parts and pieces, bolts just laying all over the place. oil on the floor, even dimly lit with a flickering light. Sorta got creeped out. Should of took pictures.
And finally on the way back home, passed by this

So thats pretty much it. Its Monday and i have movie night plans with a female friend of mine at her house. I'm gonna enjoy my night, i hope you enjoy yours!
