what about a chick named Eva? it's sweet, almost child-like, and she might have this awesome ability to dim things, or something....dim things as in cast a pall over stuff, so that perception is more skewed than reality is. not sure what the context is, though. are we talking x-men sort of society, or spider-man sort of society? i think you'd need to know that before you could develope a believable history and backstory for her. as for how she'd work in a team, i'm not sure what sort of team you mean, but you could make her about 15 or so, making her the baby and the one that everybody sort of looks out for. have her dragged along somewhat unwillingly by ther team mates.
