oh, how days can spin on the dime. i never made it to d.c. to see sigur ros. this is the second time i've sat in n.c. holding a ticket to see sigur ros in d.c. 
the people i was going with didn't want to go because they felt that d.c. "wasn't the place to be when a war broke out". what the fuck? are they afraid of some fat farmer fuck stuck in a pond in his tractor?
i hear that each tomahawk missle we drop on iraq costs a millions bucks. would it not be just as or even more destructive to their culture to just drop the money on it's citizens?
