on a rainy, mucky day like today, i had a hankering to play all of my iron maiden cd's (iron maiden to 7th son) and then all of the subhumans (UK). perfect music for lackluster days like this. something about the first two maiden albums get me going; maybe it's paul dianno, maybe it's the popping melodies and spanking riffs, i dunno.
have you ever been reading a book that you want to finish, but it's racking your brain to read it?? i'm bouncing between the final short stories in matheson's book "i am legend" and starting off "chronicles of narnia". maybe it's my mood, but i hate both. i'd rather shove coffee stir stix up my toenails.
bobcat goldwaith came in to the coffeehouse again. this time i took him his sandwich and said hi. he was polite and nice, but very shy. nice guy, but he's got big ol' old-man donkey ears.
and bleached blonde hair. weird.
