are you tired of this redneck vogue trend, too? tired of the 70's rehash of mesh trucker hats and ugly ski vests? tired of the starchy, too-tight jeans and pants rolled up too high? well, i am. i just don't get the whole ugly is cool thing. ugly and messy, stinky and boring. and now you can buy brand new thrift store looking shirts for all of you who do not actually want to waste the time to pilfer through thrift stores and garage sales trying to piece together the perfect hipster vestures. but be warned, the "real" thrift store kids will probably call you a poser for wearing new "old" looking clothes. these kids are the same kids that were wearing the buddy holly look a few years ago complete with the nerdy-cum-cool black rimmed glasses. yet, alas, each and every one of these puck fucks has a lovely doe eyed doll in tow, poised to giggle at the fuck's every retarded act (these are the same acts that her friend's bring up to which she replies, "i know, but i think it's cute" and the same acts that she will hate when she dumps his ass).
i'm not sure what i hate more the retro 80's new- new wave movement, or the rehashing of stellar rock music from the 70's. Hmmm....let me think for a second....yep. Fuck the 70's shit for sure. Queens of Stone Age, White Stripes, and The Strokes should all take the same one way trip that buddy holly and that la bamba guy did.
