I survived the weekend, late night tv watching party Friday night (wrapping up season one of Veronica Mars), crazy amount of food, bbq and fire pit party Saturday night, and hanging out with my siblings and nieces and nephews, with angel food cake (con strawberries and whipped cream) and pistachio pudding Sunday night, with some worked mixed in there for good measure. How many days till the next weekend ;-)

pistachio pudding??
Pistachio pudding is best prepared with a cartoon of cool whip (whipped cream), a can of pinapple (sans juice), and as many mashmellows as you like (little marshmellows, or normal sized marshmellows I guess, I call normal sized little)
