Wizards--- resigned Antawn Jamison to 4 years 50 Million$. Couldn't ask for anything more. He's our captain the undisputed leader. A class act off the court. A role model for our young developing players. Also good for 20 and 10 almost every night. ---resigned Gilbert "Agent Zero" Arenas to 6 years 111 Million$. i can't say i don't love Gil. He's one of the most exciting young players in the game. He is an entertainer. A prolific scorer capable of 30 every night and once put up 60 on the Lakers in LA. He's coming off two straight injury plagued years. It's alot of money and years. I believe in GM Ernie Grunfeld's decision and i just hope we get a little luck and he stays healthy. If so and Gil man's up to play a little more D and also works to get in the 7 assist per night range. The Wizards will be a force.
Capitals--- resigned Brooks Laich, Mike Green, Boyd Gordon and Sergei Fedorov. It's been a brilliant offseason for the Caps. They have done so well the past couple years developing young talent that they are in a position to just re sign all of our own players and keep the continuity of our team together. Signing Fedorov is SOOOO huge. He's pretty much the only veteran on our very very young and talented team. All the players said how big he was in the locker room. And let's face it he's been fucking money his whole career and played on 3 Stanley Cup champion teams with the Red Wings. maybe it's 2??? We lost goaltender Cristobal Huet and signed Jose Theodore from the Avalanche. A former Hart and Vesigna trophy winner. He fell off his game a bit but seemed to regain his form last year. I saw his press conference and he seems really excited to be on such an up and coming team. i predict a solid season. The Caps will challenge and go deep into the playoffs this year. The East is strong tho. Montreal, Pittsburgh and Tampa Bay will all have great teams.
Tomorrow is a fucking huge day. HUGE!!!!!!! Fieval and I are playing in a big Pong tournament in Concord. 1st place wins hotel and free entry to World Series of Beer Pong in Las Vegas. Plus as much as 5000$ depending on how many teams sign up. Cobra Kai will show no mercy for the weak tomorrow.
