Although today was Monday, it was not that bad. Getting back to work was pleasurable considering the fact
that I was not in an environment where I was freezing my ass off or burning up in the woods like it was for the past two
weeks during AT. I hate the weather in NC. I hated it last summer in Lejeune (sp?) and I hated it this time in Fort Bragg.
Got to see some of my friends this weekend. Got some new cds too. Had to get that Johnny Cash cd because of his cover of one
of my favorite NIN songs, "Hurt." Although I really can't stand any of his songs, I love that one. His version of hurt,
which I do not consider better by any means, does seem so much sadder. His version brings this image to my head of an old
man sitting in some diner like a Waffle House, wearing some John Wayne type western wear, with a cup of coffee to his side. He has a
cigerrette in an ashtray which is half burnt and has not been ashed yet. He has his wallet out and he is staring at a pic
of his dead wife. Kind of wierd. Anyways, enough of that. One month and one day until Reloaded comes out. I can barely wait.
This is a sequel that I think can be just as good, if not better, than the first. From what I have gathered on thelastfreecity.com's
message boards, it will be the biggest clif hanger ever. The W brothers are releasing Revolutions Nov. 15 because they
believe that fans will not be able to keep there sanity if they have to wait to long for the close of the trilogy. The soundtrack
comes out 9 days before its release. Deftones and Teamsleep are both releasing original songs on it. Speaking of the Tones
and their little sister Teamsleep, The Deftones new album is almost here too. May is going to be my favorite month of this
year. Now if only Chino would get Teamsleep's debut out this month. In my opinion, the rough mix of their album would have
been good enough for the album. The rough mix was a masterpiece in my eyes. Well, I'm out for right now. Peace.
