So i havent updated my journal in a while, so i guess i should, all im up to lately well i joined a gym went on a diet and got a personal trainer and am in the process of loosing weight, ive lost alraedy and im happy , this is my 7th week in and im feeling great, its going to take a few months before i see big results but it will be worth it! then i can walk around with my shirt off! lol im still laid off and hoping to start work again in the spring and go to trade school and other than that i spend my days sleeping or on the computer gaming/talking to people on msn and in the gym so yeah there i iupdated!
