Fuk!

You know I have tortured myself far too long

Last night my house was broken into again the first time the intruder came in through the back door while we were sleeping this time round they came through the front door and it was our own doing see we left them open so we practically invited the robber in.
Fortunately - i use the word hesitantly - none of my things were stolen but my flatmates phone and his friends laptop were swiped. I can no longer feel 100% safe in this house like I used to. I am moving soon.

I hate real estate agents or my one anyway. They are asking for 70 bucks to pay for the locksmith who 'kinda' fixed our back door. When I told the property manager that we needed it fixed because we were intruded upon she said that she wanted to see a police report or else they would charge us the full amount. The only thing is I told the police that the robber didn't have to break in on account of me leaving it open. So we got a letter saying the payment is due immediately fucking runts! During all this I found out that neither I nor my flatmates are on the lease.
It seems there is a rather large sum of money still owing from when the previous occupants were here and unless we somehow pay this outstanding amount for the installation of the security system which doesn't even work, then our lease won't be handed over. I've been here for over a year and they haven't bothered to send any warnings or statements what kind of organisation operates like that??!
So we are faced with either staying in a house which has become an open target for criminals but not having to pay the money we don't owe OR move out immediately and risk not getting any of our bond money back plus paying whatever is left over.

I suck at this
life that is.

That totally sucks. I hate real estates. Passionately. I hope it all starts looking up. It was nice to see you the other night. Hopefully we can hang out and have a chat sometime soon kiss
