okay, so i got interrupted in the typing of that sentence by a ten minute conversation on AIM. I have absolutely no idea what I could have been saying, but we'll continue anyway. AIM is a stupid acronym because the "A" stands for "AOL", America OnLine, which is itself wrong because "online" is one word. Then they leave out the "OL" so that it's a three-letter acronym, or TLA. It should be "AOIM" or at least "AOLIM"

I'm glad I was able to address this issue, and will be making another entry when I remember being pulled aside.
