I should probably think about buying a gum shield, as of wednesday I will be starting boxing training at a local combat centre. I am really looking forward to it, a new challenge will be good and I am really psyched about it. Lets hope I dont get my face squashed on the first day! Got 3 days off from work now, its so good not to be there right now and to have some chillout time, I definetly need it after last week at work, shit was hectic.
The bastard thing about having your weekend on a monday to wednesday is that that most of your playmates are at work and so you cannot get up to mischief, but thats also a good thing when your trying to train hard and not be hungover. Doing well at the moment, 8 days of solid training, feeling good and strong and sharp so its obviously doing the trick. :-)
Might tackle some meditation at some point, start mastering my mind the way I am taking on my body, plus I can feel another 30 days abstinence coming on, I am thinking I am going to start that on the 1st of july, I am going into zen motherfucker! hahaha
