IM BACK!!
So... Somebody on here renewed my membership for me! Whoever you are, you should comment to this so I can personally thank you. Really nice gesture.
Well in the spirit of this I should update you all on the progress of this life of mine....
Since I left here, or god knows when the last post I did on here was... I moved to this town south of Joliet IL, which is about and hour outside of Chicago. I Love it! I have all the privacy in the world. We have an inground pool, with a Kabana? Im not sure if thats how you spell that, none the less its a great little spot in our back yard to host partys.
OK, onto the fun stuff. So, I got the tap from one of my old bands at about the most perfect time imaginable. I was leaving the project I had started and been doing for a few years while I was fighting.... but I too was done fighting competively. My boys (and Girl) in Zillion were about to hit the studio, fresh off some dates with Killswitch Engage and Chimera/Lacuna Coil. So thats what I have been doing the last month or so, just rehearsing material from our upcoming Album. Its a damn good project, which I might stay on as a Member. www.myspace.com/zillionband
I have some endoursements in the works, and I am working on a website with my webdesigner... till then I have a facebook page and a new twitter page.
Im looking forward to getting down to Nashville this winter and start work on a back piece by Mr. Josh Woods. So damn talented. I had the blessing of meeting Scottie Munster at the Detriot Tattoo Convention this Spring. That was really cool, and the guy is wicked talented, with a dark unique style to him. As always I still have to give props to one of my best friends and personal fav. tattooist, the world famous TIM HANAN.
Oh hey, for my fellow music lovers out there... Check out this band, Architects. I had the chance to finally catch them up in Milwaukee about a month ago. Genious Metal band from the UK. I recieved a copy of the BMTH cd, you all are gonna wanna BUY that when it comes out. Bands need our support. Times are hard, and these guys are all on the road away from friends and family to do a JOB. So see to it that you try to make an effort to buy a CD a month or so. If nothing else go to their shows and buy a shirt or somehting! : ) THE NEW DEFTONES IS AMAZING! Best CD of the year, by far!
A big congrats to my boy and former teammate, Rick "the Bully" Lamas, with yet another win in the WEC! As well as the same to my brother MIKE REID, just won the JR Olympics, and is going to the World Games this year. So proud of him.
Ok, well enough with this long ass update. Time to look at Naked tattoo girls!
